Refund Policy
Once the program has commenced, I am unable to offer refunds for the remainder of the program except in extenuating circumstances.

If a session is missed participants will be provided with information on what was covered in the session.

This Ease into Yoga Program will help you to learn how to practice a range of yoga postures using the floor, a chair or a wall to find what is suitable for your unique needs.


Each week will include breathing practices and tools to help calm the mind and support the relief of stress and tension.

The program is more than a set of yoga classes. It is educative and explains the benefits of postures, how to use props to suit your individual needs and how to take small steps to integrate activities into daily life.

Program outline:

Week 1 - Benefits of Yoga as a mind body practice with practice to relieve tension & enhance flexibility.

Week 2 - Standing Poses to enhance strength and balance with insights on bone health.

Week 3 - The opportunity seated postures can bring to improve alignment, strengthen core and improve range of movement.

Week 4 - More on bone health, the importance of maintaining strength and mobility for balance & for falls prevention.

Week 5 - Learn postures to strengthen, core, back and improve posture.

Program only

Approx 1hour 25 mins each session

Participants will receive weekly handouts to encourage home practice.
